Let us turn to God, our Father in heaven, for all our needs.

We pray for the church and its ministers. Like Eli who guided the infant Samuel, may they give the teaching, advice and help which leads us to you Lord in your mercy

We pray for your service: that those who discern a vocation may receive courage, wisdom and humility to serve you in love. Lord in your mercy

We pray for ourselves: that we may have the peace of heart to listen deeply to your message, and in faith we say “Speak Lord, your servant is listening.”  and so commit ourselves to you. Lord in your mercy,

In this Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, let us pray that by witnessing together to the Gospel values of Love and forgiveness the churches may be led to ever-greater unity in faith and life. Lord in your mercy

We commend to the Lord all who have died. We remember those whose anniversaries fall at this time. And we pray all who have died as a result of violence and warfare. May they have light and peace.
